The GUHRING 9055250085000 is a solid carbide extra length drill bit engineered for demanding precision drilling applications in metalworking environments. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide with a FIREX coating, it delivers extended tool life when cutting through cast iron, steel, aluminum, and titanium alloy. The 140-degree split point is web-thinned and self-centering, reducing entry thrust and improving hole-start accuracy. With a 12xD flute-to-diameter ratio and coolant-through capability, this bit maintains cutting efficiency at extended depths. It measures 8.50 mm (0.3346 inches) in diameter with an overall length of 162.00 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 107.25 mm (4.2220 inches). Machinists and tool-room technicians specify this drill for high-production setups where chip evacuation and thermal management are critical.
This drill bit is suited for CNC machining centers and manual machines requiring extended reach into deep-hole features.
