Built to DIN 6539 standards with a K40 carbide grade, it cuts a 14.00 mm (0.5512 inches) diameter hole with a 118-degree faceted point that promotes accurate entry and self-centering. The web-thinned tip reduces thrust force at cut entry. With a coated finish and right-hand spiral flute geometry, this bit is suited for machinists, tool-and-die trades, and production drilling operations where tight tolerances and tool life matter.
This drill bit is optimized for use on aluminum as its primary workpiece material, making it a solid fit for aerospace, automotive, and general fabrication shops running aluminum stock.
