The GUHRING 9008900120000 is a spiral flute tap designed for cutting internal threads in blind holes. Built from cobalt high-speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it cuts M12 x 1.75 metric threads to a 6H class of fit. The modified bottoming chamfer allows threading close to the bottom of a blind hole, making it well suited for tight-tolerance applications. With a 40-degree helix angle and a fast flute style, the tap efficiently evacuates chips upward out of the hole during cutting. This tap is intended for use by machinists, toolroom technicians, and maintenance professionals working with steel components.

This tap is designed for blind hole threading in alloyed and unalloyed steel. The right-hand flute and right-hand thread geometry follow standard tapping practice for most CNC and manual machine setups.
