The straight-cylindrical shank measures 7.14 mm in diameter and fits standard drill chucks without modification. At 74 mm overall length and a 34 mm flute length, the short stub profile maximizes rigidity and minimizes deflection in CNC lathes, screw machines, and machining centers.
