The GUARDIAN FALL PROTECTION 815 is a complete vertical lifeline fall protection kit designed for workers operating at elevation on construction sites and industrial job sites. The system includes all major components needed to establish a compliant personal fall arrest setup: a reusable temper anchor, a full-body velocity harness with pass-through chest and pass-through leg connections, a 50-foot vertical lifeline assembly, and a 5-gallon storage bucket for organized transport and storage. Rated to a working capacity of 310 pounds, this kit is suited for a single-user fall arrest application and arrives as a ready-to-deploy bundle. Total system weight is 15.4 pounds.
This kit is intended for residential and commercial construction applications where workers are exposed to fall hazards at height. Typical installation scenarios include roof work, leading-edge tasks, scaffold access points, and elevated structural work. The included storage bucket keeps components contained between uses and simplifies transport to and from the job site. The velocity harness and vertical lifeline assembly are sized and configured for general construction trade use by qualified workers or competent persons as defined under applicable fall protection regulations.
Designed as a self-contained personal fall arrest system for general construction trade use. Component compatibility is based on the included assembly as packaged; do not substitute components without verifying that the resulting system meets OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and ANSI Z359 requirements.
Installation and use must be performed by a competent person as defined by OSHA standards for fall protection. Before use, inspect all components for wear, damage, or deformation and confirm the anchor point can sustain the required static load per applicable regulations. Never connect the lifeline to an anchor that has not been evaluated for fall arrest loading. After any fall event, remove the entire system from service and inspect or replace components before returning to use.
