The GUARDIAN FALL PROTECTION 2432 is a 3-rung long body ladder jack designed for temporary elevated work platforms on extension or straight ladders. MIG welded and riveted construction provides the structural integrity required for painting, siding, and repair work at height. The jack mounts over 3 consecutive rungs and can be positioned on either the inside or outside face of the ladder, giving installers flexibility on the job. When paired with a second ladder jack, it accommodates platform planking up to 18 inches wide, in compliance with applicable OSHA requirements.
This ladder jack is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a quick, temporary scaffold platform is needed. Typical use cases include exterior painting, vinyl or fiber cement siding installation, and general facade repair work. The unit is adjustable to fit both round and D-rung ladders, making it compatible with a wide range of extension ladders commonly found on contractor job sites. Setup and teardown are designed to be fast, reducing downtime between lifts.
Adjustable to fit round and D-rung style extension and straight ladders. Platform use requires a paired ladder jack and an 18-inch-wide planking system that meets OSHA standards. Designed for painting, siding, and general repair applications on residential and light commercial structures.
Installation and use must comply with all applicable OSHA regulations governing ladder jack scaffolding systems. The platform must be fully decked with an 18-inch-wide compliant plank when used with a paired jack. Inspect the ladder, rungs, and jack hardware for damage before each use, and never exceed the rated load capacity for the scaffold system. This product should be installed and removed by workers trained in scaffold and ladder safety procedures.
