Guardian Fall Protection 11058 is a dual self-retracting lifeline (SRL) bracket used to assemble two single-leg SRLs into a dual-leg SRL for 100% tie-off. Constructed of galvanized steel with a zinc-plated finish, it installs beneath the dorsal D-ring on Guardian harnesses and includes an indicating locking mechanism to confirm correct attachment. Compatible with Guardian Diablo Web SRL and 11 ft Edge Web SRL, it is suitable for construction, mining, and other industrial work at height and meets relevant OSHA and ANSI standards.
