The GRIER ABRASIVES B93-R-6540 is a vitrified aluminum oxide mounted point designed for precision grinding, deburring, and surface finishing in tight or contoured areas. Shaped as a flat cone (point shape code B93), this mounted point measures 3/16 inches in head thickness and mounts on a 1/8 inch diameter shank that is 1-1/2 inches long. At 60 grit with a medium grade density, it removes material efficiently without excessive loading. Rated to 105,000 RPM, it is suited for use in die grinders and high-speed rotary tools. Machinists, tool-and-die workers, and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers and users of this abrasive.
