The GREENLEE LS100X11SB is a 15-piece hydraulic knockout set designed for punching clean, round holes in electrical enclosures, panels, and conduit bodies. At its core is the Intelli-Punch 11-ton hydraulic tool, which delivers consistent cutting force through a range of SlugBuster punches and dies covering 1/2 inch through 2 inch conduit sizes. The set handles up to 10 gauge stainless steel and 10 gauge mild steel, making it suitable for both standard and corrosion-resistant enclosure work. Two 18V 3.0Ah lithium-ion batteries power the tool, and a 120V AC charger is included. Electricians and electrical contractors are the primary users of this set on commercial and industrial job sites.
This knockout set is built for electricians working on pull boxes, junction boxes, load centers, and switchgear enclosures where precise conduit entry holes are required. The conduit-size punch and die range of 1/2 inch to 2 inch covers the most common trade sizes encountered in commercial electrical rough-in and service work. The cordless hydraulic driver eliminates the need for a separate hydraulic pump or hand-operated draw stud tool, improving throughput on multi-hole jobs. The included carrying case keeps punches, dies, draw studs, spacers, and the driver organized and protected on site.
Designed for use with standard conduit knockout applications in electrical enclosures and panels requiring 1/2 inch through 2 inch conduit trade size openings in mild steel or stainless steel up to 10 gauge.
This tool is intended for use by licensed electricians and qualified electrical contractors. De-energize and lock out all circuits before punching into any enclosure or panel. Follow OSHA lockout/tagout procedures and applicable NEC requirements for working on or near electrical equipment. Ensure the correct punch and die are matched for each hole size before operation, and verify enclosure material thickness does not exceed the rated gauge capacity.
