The GRAY FLEX 06-gf-8_bag is a black insulated flexible air duct rated R-8.0, designed for residential and commercial HVAC distribution systems. The duct features an exclusive patented reinforced inner core that is fully airtight, preventing fiberglass from contacting the air stream. Fiberglass insulation is a minimum of 2 5/8 inches thick to deliver the R-8.0 thermal rating and help control condensation. A scuff-resistant black polyethylene jacket serves as the vapor barrier and is printed every 24 inches with certification labels, foot markers, size data, and performance data. HVAC technicians and sheet metal installers handle this product during system installations and retrofits.

This flexible duct is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC supply and return air distribution. It is compression packaged to less than 10 percent of its extended length, reducing storage space and jobsite handling time. The lightweight, flexible construction allows for quick routing around framing, joists, and other obstructions.
