The GRANDSTREAM gxp2160 is a high-end IP desk phone built for enterprise users who manage heavy call volumes. It supports up to 6 SIP accounts and up to 12 line keys with a 4.3-inch color LCD display. Full HD audio delivers clear voice quality across all calls. The phone includes up to 48 digital on-screen speed dial and BLF keys, dual Gigabit network ports, and integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE), eliminating the need for a separate power adapter. Built-in Bluetooth allows pairing with mobile devices and wireless headsets.

The gxp2160 is designed for enterprise desk deployments where users handle multiple concurrent calls or need fast access to large contact directories. It supports connection to up to four GXP2200 EXT modules with LCD display, expanding speed dial and BLF contact access to up to 160 entries. The phone is suitable for executive workstations, reception desks, and call-center environments. It is provisioned and managed through Grandstream UCM series IP PBX systems, encrypted XML files, or TR-069 for large-scale deployments.
