The GOULDS cb05412 is a quick-disconnect pump control box rated at 0.5 HP and 230 volts, designed for use with three-wire submersible pump installations. Internal components include a start capacitor and a voltage relay, which provide motor starting assistance and protect the pump from voltage irregularities. The quick-disconnect cover design allows fast access during service calls and retrofits with other Q-D style control boxes already in the field.
