    Voomi is Horrid! DO NOT SHOP HERE

    Goodman was great, the supplier Voomi Supply is extremly horrible to work with. I have a feeling all these positive reviews are paid! The box had a slight dent in cardboard I didn't notice because it seemed superficial. Signed for the delivery because we were in the middle of a busy five lane road I live on. Brought the AC home and unpackaged. The unit had a large dent then I noticed the slight dent in the cardboard. Contacted Voomi immediatly. Within 3 hours of delivery. Because there was a slight dent on the box they said I accepted the item damaged. DO NOT TRUST DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM!!! Completely open the items before you sign anything. If voomi can't blame the shipper they will not fix anything for you.
