The GOLDBLATT INDUSTRIES LLC G06150 is a bevel end concrete float designed for finishing flatwork such as slabs, sidewalks, and driveways. The magnesium blade measures 16 inches by 3.5 inches with rounded corners, which reduces drag lines and produces a smooth, even surface on fresh concrete. A wood handle provides a firm, comfortable grip during hand-floating operations. This tool is used by concrete finishers and masons during the flatwork finishing stage, after screeding and before final troweling.
The G06150 is suited for residential and light commercial flatwork applications. The bevel end design allows the float to be worked at a low angle without the leading edge digging into the concrete surface. This makes it practical for smoothing and compacting the surface layer of slabs before texture or finish work is applied. It is a standard hand tool carried by concrete finishing crews on both small pours and larger commercial decks.
Designed as a standard hand float for use on freshly placed concrete flatwork during the finishing stage.
This tool is used by concrete finishers during flatwork operations and does not require mechanical installation. Float the surface after the bleed water has dissipated but before the concrete sets beyond workable consistency. Keep the blade clean between uses to prevent hardened concrete from scratching the work surface. Inspect the handle and blade connection before each use to ensure structural integrity.
