The GOLD EAGLE 22204 is a 4-ounce bottle of Sta-Bil Storage Fuel Stabilizer formulated to keep gasoline fresh for up to 24 months. It works in all gasoline types, including ethanol-blended and non-ethanol fuels. The additive prevents gum and varnish formation, guards against corrosion and rust, and keeps carburetors, fuel injectors, and fuel lines clean during extended storage periods. It eliminates the need to drain fuel before storing equipment, addressing the common problem of fuel degradation that begins within 60 days of sitting. The twin-neck bottle design allows controlled dispensing in both large and small quantities.
This stabilizer is suited for bulk gasoline storage containers, small engines, portable generators, collector and seasonal-use vehicles, and marine applications. The treat rate is 1 ounce of stabilizer per 2.5 gallons of fuel. It can be added directly at the pump or mixed into fuel that is still fresh before storage season begins. Service technicians and equipment owners preparing units for off-season storage use this product as a standard preventive measure to reduce fuel-related service calls after startup.
Designed for use in all gasoline-powered equipment including small engines, portable generators, collector cars, seasonal-use vehicles, and marine fuel systems. Effective in all gasoline types, including ethanol and non-ethanol blended fuels.
Add to fuel at the pump or while fuel is still fresh before storage. Do not add stabilizer to already-degraded fuel and expect full restoration. After adding the stabilizer, run the engine briefly to allow the treated fuel to circulate through the carburetor or fuel injectors before shutting down for storage. Follow engine manufacturer guidance and applicable safety practices when working around fuel systems.
