The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL B3780482 is an electronic locking charging cabinet designed for organized, secure storage of tools, supplies, and electronics in demanding work environments. Built from all-welded 16-gauge steel with a durable powder coat finish in black, the cabinet measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 78 inches tall. It ships with six heavy-duty adjustable shelves rated at 1,100 pounds each, a 500-pound-capacity pull-out shelf, and 120 yellow hanging bins measuring 5-3/8 inches long by 4-1/8 inches wide by 3 inches deep. A built-in 18-outlet vertical power strip with a 15-foot cord and an integrated ventilation fan make it a practical solution for charging and protecting electronics from heat and dust. Licensed tradespeople and facilities maintenance crews are the primary installers.
This cabinet is suited for commercial and industrial applications where tool control, inventory management, and device charging must coexist in a single footprint. Typical deployments include maintenance shops, manufacturing floors, school and municipal facilities, and service-vehicle staging areas. The keyless digital 3-point locking system with an ergonomic keypad provides access control without keys, and a programming bypass and master key are included for administrator override. Flanged doors with heavy-duty piano hinges keep the enclosure secure and operating smoothly under repeated daily use.
Designed to accept the full line of compatible GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL configurable cabinet accessories, including mobile trays, shelf packs, drawer kits, pegboard kits, wardrobe bars, roll-out work surfaces, janitorial and combination kits, charging kits, and hanging bins.
Installation is typically performed by facilities maintenance personnel or industrial equipment technicians. Before servicing or reconfiguring shelves, ensure the cabinet is on a stable, level surface and that the power strip is unplugged from its wall source. The integrated power strip should be connected to a properly grounded 120-volt circuit in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. Do not exceed the rated shelf load capacity during configuration or daily use.
