The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL B3776358 is a double-sided cantilever rack starter unit designed for heavy-duty industrial storage of long, bulky materials such as pipes, tubing, lumber, and bar stock. Built from roll-formed steel and finished in gray, this unit ships as a complete starter configuration measuring 48 inches wide by 54 inches deep by 96 inches tall. It includes sixteen straight arms, each 24 inches long with a 2-inch retaining lip to keep stored materials from shifting or rolling off. Each arm supports up to 1,200 pounds, yielding a total rack capacity of 19,200 pounds. Two horizontal braces and four floor anchors provide structural stability. Installation is required before the unit is placed into service.
This cantilever rack is suited for manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, and other industrial environments where vertical storage of long or irregularly shaped materials is a priority. The double-sided configuration maximizes floor space by allowing access and loading from both sides of the rack. The unit is designed as a starter section and can be expanded by adding coordinating add-on units to increase total storage run length as facility needs grow. Its open-arm design keeps inventory visible and accessible without the need to move surrounding stock.
Designed as a starter unit within the Global Industrial Best Value Series cantilever rack system; compatible with coordinating add-on units from the same series for extended storage configurations.
Installation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with industrial racking systems and applicable OSHA storage rack standards. This unit must be anchored to the floor before loading - do not place any materials on the rack prior to completing floor anchor installation. Inspect all arm connections and brace hardware for proper seating before applying load. Power tools are recommended for anchor fastening; consult local building codes for floor anchor requirements specific to your facility.
