The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL B3240598 is a three-shelf Nexelon wire shelf cart designed for demanding commercial and industrial environments. Built on a metallic blue epoxy powder-coat finish over zinc chromate electroplating with a chemical conversion undercoat, the frame and shelves resist corrosion in wet, hot, and cold conditions. The cart holds up to 1,200 pounds, making it a reliable choice for heavy material transport. Integrated NexGard antimicrobial protection inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. Four 5-inch polyurethane swivel casters deliver smooth, controlled mobility across facility floors. NSF approved for wet or dry use.
This cart is suited for commercial kitchens, foodservice operations, retail stockrooms, warehouses, industrial facilities, and healthcare environments. The open-wire design promotes air circulation, light penetration, and sprinkler system effectiveness while minimizing dust accumulation on stored goods. Three shelves adjust in 1-inch increments along numbered posts, allowing flexible configuration to match varying load heights and storage needs. It arrives with three shelves with shelf clips, four posts, and four 5-inch swivel casters ready for assembly.
Designed as an OEM-style wire shelf cart for commercial kitchens, foodservice, retail, warehouse, industrial, and healthcare facility applications where NSF-approved, corrosion-resistant shelving is required.
Assembly typically requires no specialized tools beyond hand tightening of shelf clips onto numbered posts. Power down or disconnect any nearby electrical equipment before maneuvering the cart into refrigerated or electrically serviced areas. Verify floor load ratings before positioning a fully loaded cart. Follow facility safety guidelines when moving loaded carts on inclines or thresholds.
