The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL B3240482 is a three-shelf Nexelon wire push cart built for demanding commercial and industrial environments. It measures 24 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 40 inches high and carries up to 1200 pounds of load. The frame and shelves are finished with a metallic blue epoxy powder coat applied over zinc chromate electroplating with a chemical conversion undercoat, delivering strong corrosion resistance in wet, hot, and cold conditions. Integrated NexGard antimicrobial protection inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. The open-wire shelf design promotes air circulation, light penetration, and sprinkler effectiveness while reducing dust accumulation. Licensed HVAC techs, foodservice equipment techs, and facilities maintenance crews all work with carts of this class regularly.
This cart is well suited for commercial kitchens, foodservice prep areas, retail stockrooms, warehouses, industrial production floors, and healthcare facilities where sanitation and corrosion resistance are required. Three shelves adjust in 1-inch increments along numbered posts, allowing flexible configuration for varying load heights. The integrated safety push handle keeps the operator's hands within the cart width to reduce contact with walls and obstacles during transit. NSF approval covers both wet and dry use applications, making it a direct fit for regulated food-contact environments.
Designed as an OEM-style utility push cart compatible with standard commercial shelving accessories and shelf clips as included. Package includes three shelves with shelf clips, one push handle, four posts, and four 5-inch swivel casters with two brakes.
Assembly requires no specialized trade license but should be performed according to the included instructions before placing any load on the shelves. Ensure all shelf clips are fully seated on the posts and all caster stems are locked into their sockets before use. Engage the caster brakes whenever the cart is stationary and loaded. In regulated food-contact environments, verify NSF compliance requirements with the local authority having jurisdiction before placing the cart in service.
