The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL B3144537 is a four-shelf epoxy-coated wire shelf truck designed for mobile storage in commercial and industrial environments. The open wire shelving design promotes air and light circulation while minimizing dust buildup, making it well-suited for environments where cleanliness and visibility matter. The unit carries an overall capacity of 1,200 pounds and ships ready to assemble with four wire shelves, four posts, four polyurethane swivel casters (two with brakes), and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. Shelves adjust at 1-inch increments without tools, allowing quick reconfiguration as storage needs change.
This shelf truck is built for demanding use in offices, retail stores, warehouses, distribution centers, and similar facilities. The black epoxy finish is NSF approved for both wet and dry use, making it appropriate for food-service adjacent environments as well as general-purpose storage. The two-brake caster configuration keeps the unit stationary during loading and unloading, while the remaining swivel casters allow easy repositioning. At 72 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 80 inches tall, the truck provides substantial vertical storage in a relatively narrow footprint.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit addition within the Nexel black epoxy wire shelving system. Compatible components include standard Nexel wire shelves, posts, and caster accessories sized for this footprint.
Assembly is typically performed without specialized tools; snap-on sleeve connectors secure shelves to posts by hand. Before loading, confirm all caster stems are fully seated and brake mechanisms engage cleanly. Position the unit on a level surface and apply both brakes before transferring heavy loads. Follow facility weight-distribution guidelines when stacking to avoid overloading any single shelf.
