The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL B2351825 is a four-shelf chrome utility truck designed for transporting static-sensitive materials such as electronics and circuit boards in industrial, warehouse, and service environments. The frame uses bright chrome-over-nickel electroplating for a high-gloss, corrosion-resistant finish. Four ESD polyurethane swivel casters - two with brakes - provide controlled, grounded mobility across hard floor surfaces. Shelves adjust in 1-inch increments without tools, using snap-on aluminum shelf clips that allow the shelf collar to slide over the post for a secure, rattle-free fit. The open wire design promotes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation on stored components.
This truck is suited for light manufacturing, electronics assembly, repair depots, and stockroom operations where electrostatic discharge control is required. The ESD caster design dissipates static buildup during transport, making it appropriate for environments governed by ESD handling standards. The included drag chain provides an additional ground path to the floor. Each unit ships with four shelves, four posts, four sets of aluminum shelf clips, one drag chain, and four polyurethane ESD swivel casters with two brakes. Typical users include electronics technicians, warehouse personnel, and service shop staff.
Designed as an OEM-style four-shelf ESD utility truck for general industrial and electronics service applications requiring static-dissipative transport equipment.
Assembly requires no special tools - shelves are positioned by snapping aluminum clips onto the posts and sliding the shelf collar into place. Verify that the drag chain makes consistent floor contact during use to maintain the ground path. Inspect caster brake function before placing the truck in service on sloped or uneven surfaces. No electrical trade licensing is required for assembly, but placement in ESD-controlled areas should follow applicable facility ESD handling protocols.
