The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL 607005BTNA is a height-adjustable workbench built for industrial and commercial work environments where durability, electrical access, and static control are priorities. The bench features a 1-1/4-inch thick static dissipative ESD top with a safety radius edge, supported by 2-inch square 14-gauge tubular steel legs that adjust from 28 to 42 inches in height at 2-inch increments. A pre-wired power apron delivers three duplex 15-amp, 115-volt outlets, a circuit breaker, and a 13-inch quick-disconnect power cord. Tested to a 5,000-pound capacity with evenly distributed load, this bench is suited for electronics assembly, tool maintenance, and general production work. Installation requires no specialized trade license but is typically handled by facilities maintenance personnel.
This workbench is designed for use in manufacturing facilities, assembly lines, maintenance shops, electronics service areas, and industrial warehouses. The ESD top makes it appropriate for environments where electrostatic discharge control is required. The pre-wired power apron provides convenient power access for tools and electrical equipment without additional outlet installation. The 48-inch width by 36-inch depth footprint suits standard workstation layouts, and the adjustable legs accommodate operators of varying heights or applications requiring different working elevations. The powder coat finish in tan resists wear and chemical exposure in demanding shop conditions.
Designed as a freestanding, self-contained adjustable workbench suitable for general industrial and commercial facility applications where ESD control and integrated power access are required.
Assembly is required and described as quick and easy by the manufacturer. Before connecting the power apron to a facility circuit, ensure the supply circuit is de-energized and verify the outlet rating matches the bench cord requirements. Leveling foot plates support floor anchoring, which should be performed according to applicable facility safety guidelines. Electrical connections should comply with NEC requirements for the installation environment.
