The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL 606988BTNA is a heavy-duty adjustable height workbench built for trade and industrial environments where load capacity, electrical access, and surface durability are daily requirements. The bench features a 1-1/4 inch thick static dissipative ESD maple top with a square edge profile, making it suitable for electronics assembly and general fabrication work. Legs are constructed from 2 inch square 14-gauge tubular steel and adjust from 28 to 42 inches in height at 2 inch increments. The bench is rated for a 5,000 lb evenly distributed load capacity. A pre-wired power apron with three duplex 15 amp / 115 volt outlets, a circuit breaker, and a 13 inch quick-disconnect power cord is included for immediate use of power tools and electrical equipment.
This workbench is designed for use in industrial facilities, maintenance shops, manufacturing floors, and trade service areas where a durable, height-adjustable work surface with built-in power access is required. The ESD top makes it appropriate for technicians handling sensitive electronic components. The powder coat finish provides corrosion resistance in demanding shop environments. Adjustable leveling floor glides and leveling foot plates are included, with foot plates that allow floor anchoring for added stability. The bench ships unassembled and is designed for quick, straightforward setup. It carries ETL and CETL certification for use in North American installations.
Designed as a freestanding industrial workbench suitable for general trade, maintenance, and electronics service applications requiring an ESD-safe surface with integrated power access.
Assembly is required and should be performed by a qualified technician or maintenance professional following the included instructions. Ensure the floor surface is level before adjusting the leveling glides, and use the floor anchoring foot plates where required by facility safety standards. Verify that the power apron connection is made to a properly rated 115 volt circuit before energizing the outlets. Distribute load evenly across the work surface and do not exceed the 5,000 lb rated capacity.
