The unit ships with one upright frame, three shelf levels with 5/8-inch thick particle wood decking, and five deck supports per level. The 14-gauge steel upright frame features 1.75-inch x 1.75-inch cross-section members and accepts beam height adjustments on 2-inch centers. Heavy-duty 12-gauge step beams attach to the frame without tools using three hooks at each end for a positive, secure connection. Warehouse operations staff and facilities maintenance crews are the typical installers.

This add-on rack unit is suited for medium to large warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and storage rooms requiring high-capacity bulk shelving. The formed step beam design delivers nearly double the per-level capacity compared to standard bulk rack configurations.
