The GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL 244208 is a heavy-duty packing workbench built for industrial and commercial packing stations. The work surface is a 1-3/4-inch thick maple square-edge butcher block top manufactured by John Boos Co., measuring 72 inches wide by 30 inches deep. It rides on 2-inch square 14-gauge steel tubular legs with a powder coat finish. Leg height adjusts from 30-1/16 inches to 41-15/16 inches in 2-inch increments, making it adaptable to different operator heights and ergonomic requirements. The leg assembly is tested to 5,000 pounds capacity with even load distribution. Adjustable leveling floor glides and leveling foot plates are included, with the foot plates supporting optional floor anchoring.
This workbench is designed for packing, shipping, and general assembly applications in warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities. The included lower shelf kit adds organized storage directly beneath the work surface. The shelf measures 25 inches deep and includes four carton dividers along with a 5-inch high storage shelf, keeping packing materials and supplies accessible at the point of use. The quick-assembly design makes initial setup straightforward without specialized tools. Facilities personnel, maintenance techs, and warehouse operators are the typical installers.
Designed as a standalone packing and assembly workbench for industrial and commercial environments. The lower shelf kit is included and purpose-built for this workbench model.
Assembly requires no specialized trade licensing and is intended for facilities personnel or warehouse staff. Power down any adjacent conveyor or powered equipment before positioning the bench in a live production area. Leveling foot plates should be secured to the floor per the facility anchor requirements and applicable local building codes when floor anchoring is used. Do not exceed the tested 5,000-pound leg capacity rating.
