The GLENTRONICS s3033 is a Pro Series 1/3 HP sump pump built for residential basement and crawl space water management. It delivers 3,000 gallons per hour (50 GPM) at 10 feet of lift and runs on a permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor, which draws less power than standard induction motors and runs cooler over long duty cycles. The cast-iron and stainless-steel construction is paired with dual carbon and ceramic seals, upper and lower sealed ball bearings, and stainless-steel fasteners. A water-cooled motor design eliminates cooling oil, reducing maintenance points and contamination risk. The pump is continuous-duty rated and ships with a dual float switch and a deluxe alarm system.
The s3033 is intended for residential sump pit installations. It fits in a 10-inch diameter sump pit, making it compatible with standard residential pit configurations. The dual float switch arrangement provides redundancy, triggering the pump at different water levels so the primary float handles normal cycling while the secondary float activates under surge conditions or primary float failure. The integrated deluxe alarm alerts occupants when water reaches an abnormal level, providing early warning before flooding occurs. This unit is suited for homes in high-water-table regions or areas with heavy seasonal rainfall where continuous-duty performance and alarm notification are priorities.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation unit for residential sump pit systems with a minimum 10-inch diameter pit. Compatible with standard 1-1/2-inch discharge plumbing. Fits within the GLENTRONICS S3 Pro Series product family.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber familiar with local plumbing codes. Disconnect power to the circuit before lowering the pump into the pit and making any electrical or discharge connections. Verify that the discharge line includes a check valve to prevent backflow into the pit between pump cycles. Do not operate the pump dry, and confirm the pit contains water before energizing the unit.
