The GIBRALTAR SS-TSW-1M-G is a tapped leveling mount designed for precise equipment leveling and vibration isolation in industrial and mechanical installations. Built with a stainless steel stud and stainless steel pad, this mount handles a rated load capacity of 100 pounds and accepts a 3/8-16 thread. The 1-1/4 inch base diameter and 1-1/2 inch overall length make it suitable for compact footprints where reliable, corrosion-resistant support is required. Maintenance technicians and equipment installers use this type of mount to achieve level, stable positioning on machinery, enclosures, and fabricated frames.
This leveling mount is suited for light to medium-duty applications in industrial, commercial, and mechanical settings. Typical uses include leveling HVAC equipment bases, control panels, pump skids, and fabricated equipment frames. The all-stainless construction makes it appropriate for environments with moisture exposure or where material compatibility with food-grade or corrosive surroundings is a concern. It installs in any threaded base plate or weld nut accepting 3/8-16 thread.
Designed as a standard tapped leveling mount for equipment and machinery with 3/8-16 threaded mounting points across industrial and mechanical applications.
Installation is performed by threading the stud into a pre-tapped hole or weld nut on the equipment base. Use a 5/8 inch wrench on the hex to adjust height and achieve level positioning. Power down or de-energize any equipment before adjusting mounts on live machinery. Ensure the load per mount does not exceed the 100 lb rated capacity when distributing equipment weight across multiple mounting points.
