The GIBRALTAR PR38-PT-G is a steel pull ring plunger designed for use in indexing, positioning, and light-duty workholding applications. The plunger body threads into a tapped hole via a 3/8-16 thread and delivers a spring-loaded nose that retracts when the pull ring is engaged. Initial end force is 0.75 pounds, rising to a 3 pound final end force at full compression. The plunger diameter measures 0.25 inches with a projection of 0.28 inches. Total plunger length is 0.82 inches. A locking element is incorporated into the design, allowing the plunger to be held in the retracted position when needed.
