The GIBRALTAR DKL50-PT-G is a locking knob handle plunger designed for precision positioning and holding applications in industrial and mechanical assemblies. The plunger features a 1/2-13 thread size, a steel body with a black finish, and a Delrin knob head for a secure grip. It delivers an initial end force of 0.5 pounds and a final end force of 1.75 pounds, making it suitable for applications that require controlled resistance with a positive locking function. The maximum plunger diameter is 0.31 inches and the plunger projection measures 0.25 inches. Machinists, maintenance technicians, and mechanical assemblers typically install this type of component.
This locking plunger is suited for use in jigs, fixtures, machine tool setups, and industrial equipment where repeatable positioning or panel locking is required. The 1.25-inch body length and 1.0-inch length under the head and shoulder allow it to fit standard mounting configurations in both light-duty production tooling and general mechanical assemblies. The Delrin knob provides hand-tightening convenience without the need for additional tooling during normal operation.

Power down or de-energize any associated equipment before servicing components in the surrounding assembly. Do not exceed the rated end force values for the application.
