The GIBRALTAR BE-1063 is a die mold ejector blade designed for use in injection mold tooling applications. Ejector blades transmit force from the ejector system to push molded parts clear of the mold cavity at the end of each cycle. The BE-1063 measures 0.078 inches in blade thickness and 0.484 inches in blade width, with an overall height of 10.5 inches. These dimensions make it suitable for narrow-profile ejection points where standard round ejector pins cannot reach. Mold makers and toolroom technicians are the typical end users for this type of component.
This ejector blade is intended for use in die mold and injection mold assemblies where thin, flat ejection geometry is required. The flat blade profile allows ejection of parts with shallow ribs, fins, or other thin-walled features that would otherwise be difficult to demold cleanly. It is sold individually and is appropriate for both new mold builds and tooling repair or replacement scenarios in production environments.

Installation should be performed by a qualified mold maker or toolroom technician. The mold must be fully de-energized, cooled, and removed from the press before any ejector system service is performed. Blade fit should be verified against the ejector plate bore and retainer slot before final assembly. Do not force or modify the blade profile, as dimensional integrity is critical to consistent part release and mold longevity.
