The GENUINE JOE GJO02431 is a 2-ply linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) can liner designed for reliable waste containment in standard 16-gallon trash receptacles. Measuring 24 by 31 inches, each liner features a star-bottom (X-seal) construction that distributes contents evenly across the bag base, reducing stress concentrations that cause blowouts. The dual-layer LLDPE construction delivers higher tensile strength than single-ply alternatives, with strong resistance to impact, puncture, and tearing. Available in brown and black, these liners are suited for routine waste collection in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. Sold in a carton of 100 units.
These liners are a practical fit for janitorial, facilities maintenance, and light industrial applications where 16-gallon waste containers are in regular use. Typical install locations include office wastebaskets, break room bins, restroom receptacles, and similar moderate-duty trash cans. The star-bottom design eliminates the flat seam found in standard bottom-seal bags, reducing the likelihood of leaks at the base. The brown and black coloring provides a neutral appearance compatible with most receptacle types found in commercial settings.
Designed for use with standard 16-gallon trash receptacles commonly found in office, restroom, break room, and light industrial settings.
No tools are required to line a receptacle. Open the liner fully before inserting to allow the star bottom to seat flat against the can base. Fold excess material over the rim of the receptacle to secure the liner in place. Replace liners before loads exceed the rated capacity to avoid stress failures at the seams.
