    Didn't receive item in 2 days, even though I paid for it.

    I paid for 2 day shipping. I ordered the item on Saturday, July 5th, so the item should have gone out Monday, July 7th for arrival on Tuesday, July 8th. Instead the item was not delivered until July 10th and we had already left the location. I called and talked to customer service to see if they could have it expedited, the answer was "No". So, I asked to cancel the order and refund the money and the answer again was "No". This was a horrible customer experience and I am now out $140 because Voomi didn't ship 2 day like I paid for. Will definitely not recommend to anyone that they purchase anything from Voomi.
