The Garlock 402 is a square braided graphite packing designed for a variety of sealing applications. This packing is made from synthetic fibers treated with a special saxoline-based lubricant, which enhances its sealing capabilities by preventing wicking and enhancing ductility.
- Supports shaft speeds up to 1885 FPM
- Operational in temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 232 degrees Celsius
- Effective pH range from 4 to 10
