The GARDNER BENDER 46-210 is a natural-color nylon cable tie built for bundling and securing wire harnesses, conduit runs, and cable assemblies in electrical and low-voltage installations. Measuring 11 inches in length and 0.13 inches in width, this tie uses a patented DoubleLock teeth design that delivers 50% greater tensile strength compared to standard single-lock ties. Rated for a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 185 degrees F, it holds up in both extreme cold and elevated-heat environments. Each pack contains 100 ties.
This cable tie is suited for residential and commercial electrical work, panel wiring, cable tray organization, HVAC control wiring, and general industrial bundling. The natural nylon construction makes it appropriate for indoor applications and dry or protected outdoor locations. Electricians, low-voltage technicians, and HVAC installers commonly reach for this tie when organizing wire runs during rough-in or final trim stages.
Designed as a general-purpose nylon cable tie for use in standard electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage wiring applications where a 11-inch tie length and single-use locking mechanism are appropriate.
Cable ties are installed by electricians and low-voltage technicians as part of wire management during rough-in and trim phases. De-energize circuits before working in panels or junction boxes where ties will be applied near live conductors. Use a flush-cut tool or cable tie tensioning gun to achieve consistent pull tension and a clean tail trim. Do not over-tension ties on insulated conductors in a way that deforms the jacket, and follow NEC bundling and derating requirements when grouping current-carrying conductors.
