The G E LIGHTING 43317 is a 3-pack of G25 globe-shaped LED bulbs designed as a direct replacement for 60-watt incandescent lamps. Each bulb draws 5.5 watts and delivers 500 lumens at a 5,000 Kelvin daylight color temperature, offering high-definition, crisp white light suited to vanity, decorative, and accent fixtures. The medium-base (E26) form factor fits standard residential and light commercial sockets. All three bulbs are fully dimmable and carry a California Title 20 compliant rating. Rated life is 15,000 hours, which translates to approximately 13.7 years under average use conditions. Electricians and lighting contractors specify these for energy-efficiency retrofits where incandescent replacements are required by code or owner preference.
These G25 LED bulbs are well suited to bathroom vanity bars, pendant fixtures, and decorative sconces in residential and light commercial settings. The globe shape and white finish maintain the aesthetic of classic incandescent globes while cutting energy consumption by more than 90 percent. Because of the 5,000 Kelvin daylight output and 90 CRI rating, they are also used in dressing rooms, retail display areas, and task-lighting applications where accurate color rendering matters. The 3-inch globe diameter and 4.30-inch maximum overall length (MOL) make fitment verification straightforward before installation.
Designed as a direct retrofit replacement for standard G25 medium-base (E26) sockets currently fitted with 60-watt incandescent globe bulbs. Compatible with dimmable circuits using listed dimmer switches rated for LED loads.
Installation requires no special tools beyond hand-tightening into an E26 medium base. Always switch off and allow the existing lamp to cool before replacing. When used on a dimmer circuit, verify the dimmer is rated and listed for LED loads to avoid flicker or reduced bulb life. Confirm fixture maximum overall length clearance against the 4.30-inch MOL before installing in enclosed or semi-enclosed housings.
