Frigidaire 5304514793 Washer Dispenser Drawer Assembly

Product Description

The FRIGIDAIRE 5304514793 is a washer dispenser drawer assembly designed as a direct OEM replacement for front-load and top-load washing machines that use a pull-out detergent and fabric softener dispensing system. This assembly houses the compartments that distribute laundry detergent, fabric softener, and bleach into the wash drum at the correct cycle point. It is a mechanical component typically replaced when the drawer becomes cracked, broken, or fails to slide and latch properly. Installation is handled by appliance technicians and experienced DIYers comfortable with washer disassembly.

This dispenser drawer assembly is suited for residential washing machine applications where the original drawer has suffered physical damage or wear. It restores proper detergent dispensing function and fits into the existing dispenser housing without modification when installed on a compatible unit. The assembly includes the drawer body and internal divider compartments as originally configured from the factory.

Installation Notes

Disconnect power to the washing machine at the wall outlet or breaker before beginning any service work. The dispenser drawer typically slides out of the dispenser housing after pressing a release tab; no specialized tools are required for most installations. Reassemble by aligning the drawer rails with the housing tracks and pressing firmly until the latch engages. Verify the drawer opens and closes smoothly and seats fully before returning the unit to service.
