The FREUD DOU125LCGP is a carbide-tipped oscillating blade built for demanding demo and general-purpose cutting applications. Part of the Diablo AMPED Demo Demon line, it measures 1.25 inches wide by 2.125 inches deep, giving the blade extra reach for longer plunge cuts. The cutting edge is coated with Black I.C.E. (Industrial Cooling Element) coating to resist heat buildup and wear, and the carbide construction is rated to deliver up to 50 times longer cutting life compared to standard bi-metal blades. Licensed trades and experienced DIYers handling remodel or demolition work will find this blade well-suited to high-volume cutting tasks where blade change frequency is a productivity concern.
This blade is designed for general-purpose oscillating tool use across a range of materials including nail-embedded wood, clean wood, metal, and plastics. The curved contact edge creates a pilot point that guides the blade into plunge cuts with less vibration and more positional control. The universal-fit, adapter-free mounting interface attaches directly to most oscillating tools on the market. This blade is not compatible with Starlock-interface tools. The DOU125LCGP is sold in a 4-pack, making it practical for contractors and service pros who go through blades quickly on job sites.

Power down and unplug or battery-disconnect the oscillating tool before changing blades. Follow the tool manufacturer's blade-change procedure and confirm the blade is fully seated and secured before operation. Wear appropriate eye and hand protection when cutting nail-embedded wood or metal. Inspect the blade for carbide tip damage before each use and replace if chipping or cracking is observed.
