The FREUD DJT5S is a 5-piece T-shank jig saw blade set engineered for cutting wood and metal. The set includes high carbon steel blades for wood applications and a high speed steel blade for medium metal cuts. Five blade profiles cover the most common jig saw tasks: fast rip cuts, fine finish cuts, scroll work, reverse cuts, and metal cutting. The T-shank interface is the current standard shank design, seating securely in the tool-less blade clamps found on virtually all modern jig saws. Blade lengths range from 3.25 inches to 4 inches, with TPI ratings spanning 6 to 24 depending on the application. Carpenters, remodelers, and general contractors will find this set covers the majority of jobsite cutting scenarios from a single kit.

This set is suited for residential and light commercial work where a single kit needs to handle mixed materials. The 6 TPI blade handles fast, aggressive cuts through dimensional lumber and sheet goods. The 10 TPI blade with standard tooth geometry delivers clean finish cuts in wood, while the reverse-tooth 10 TPI blade minimizes tearout on finished surfaces. Installation Notes

Blade changes should be performed with the jig saw unplugged or the battery removed. Confirm the blade clamp is fully engaged before powering the tool.
