The FREUD DHS0750 is a 3/4-inch diameter hole saw designed for fast, clean cutting in wood and metal. Built under the Diablo line, this saw features a variable tooth design that reduces vibration during cuts and improves chip clearance for faster material removal. The body provides an extended cutting depth of 2-3/8 inches, allowing the tool to bore through thicker stock in a single pass without repositioning. A tool-free plug ejection system clears cut slugs quickly, reducing downtime between holes. Licensed HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and general trade contractors use this saw for penetrations, rough-in work, and knockout applications across a wide range of materials.
This hole saw is suited for residential and light commercial trade work where accurate, repeatable hole sizing is required. The Snap Lock system allows for quick blade changes without tools, making it practical in fast-paced job site conditions. The saw accepts the Diablo Snap Lock mandrel, which is compatible with all Diablo hole saws ranging from 5/8 inch to 6 inches in diameter. The mandrel and pilot bit are sold separately. Primary applications include wood framing, sheet metal, conduit knockouts, pipe penetrations, and similar boring tasks where a standard 3/4-inch hole is required.
Designed for use with the Diablo Snap Lock mandrel system, which fits all Diablo hole saws ranging from 5/8 inch to 6 inches in diameter. Mandrel and pilot bit are sold separately. Rated for cutting wood and metal.
Installation is performed by electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general contractors using a standard drill or drill press. Secure the workpiece before drilling and confirm the mandrel and pilot bit are properly seated in the Snap Lock chuck before operation. Disconnect power to any drill or driver before changing hole saw blades. Follow applicable NEC or IPC clearance requirements when boring penetrations near structural members or existing utilities.
