The FREUD DCS323220S10G is a 10-pack of 1/3-sheet aluminum oxide sanding sheets designed for finish sanding on wood, painted surfaces, and composite materials. Each sheet measures 9 inches x 3-2/3 inches and carries a 220-grit rating, making it well suited for fine surface preparation and between-coat sanding. The abrasive layer uses a premium aluminum oxide blend for fast material removal and extended sanding life. A stearate coating marketed as Clog-Shield reduces pitch and resin buildup that would otherwise clog the abrasive. A high-strength resin bond layer marketed as Endura-Bond locks the grit to the backing for durability under sustained use. Carpenters, finish contractors, and cabinet installers are the primary users.
These sheets fit standard 1/3-sheet finishing sanders used in residential and light commercial woodworking, trim installation, furniture refinishing, and drywall finish work. The 220-grit rating is appropriate for final sanding passes before staining or topcoat application, or for scuff-sanding between finish coats. The 10-pack format supports job-site productivity by reducing mid-task sheet changes. Compatible with any 1/3-sheet pad sander that accepts 9 x 3-2/3 inch sheets with standard hook-and-loop or clamp attachment.

Sanding sheets are installed by finish carpenters, cabinetmakers, and general tradespeople using standard 1/3-sheet orbital or finishing sanders. Disconnect the sander from its power source before changing sheets. Inspect the pad backing for wear before installing a new sheet, as a damaged pad can cause uneven abrasive contact and premature sheet failure. Dispose of used sheets per local waste guidelines, as loaded stearate-coated abrasives may retain fine particulate.
