Product Description

The FERNCO INC P1056-43 is a flexible reducing coupling designed to join 4-inch pipe to 3-inch pipe in drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems. It uses a shear-ring design with two stainless steel clamps that compress a flexible elastomeric sleeve to create a leak-resistant, no-hub connection. Licensed plumbers install this fitting when transitioning between different pipe diameters in underground or above-grade piping runs. The stainless steel clamps provide corrosion resistance and consistent clamping torque across the sleeve.

This coupling is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing applications where a reducer is needed between dissimilar or same-material pipe sections. Installation Notes
