Product Description

The FANTECH 95901 is a duct booster fan designed to increase airflow in extended duct runs where pressure loss reduces system performance. It installs inline within existing ductwork and activates on demand via a pressure sensing switch included on all models. The DBF 110 configuration supports duct runs up to 108 linear feet, while the DBF 4XL and DBF 4XLT configurations extend that range to 125 linear feet. Performance is certified by HVI and the unit conforms to UL507. Licensed HVAC technicians typically handle installation in residential and light commercial forced-air systems.

The 95901 is suited for residential and light commercial applications where long duct runs cause inadequate airflow to specific zones or rooms. The DBF 4XL and DBF 4XLT models feature galvanized metal housing and a 5-foot power cord for flexible placement. The DBF 4XLT adds an indicator panel for operational status monitoring. These units are intended for use in supply or return duct systems where on-demand boosting is needed to maintain comfort. Note that this product is not listed to the UL-705 DEDPV supplement.
