The ESAB 0445-100881 is a multi-process Stick and TIG welding power supply designed for field and jobsite use by licensed welding professionals and pipefitters. It accepts single- and three-phase input power from 208 to 460 volts automatically, with an output range of 5 to 300 amps. The unit weighs 34.173 pounds and features a three-handle design for ease of transport through confined areas such as manholes and tight access points. A rugged case construction supports use in demanding outdoor and industrial environments. Included in the package are a power supply, a 10-foot input cable, a shoulder strap, and two male 50mm OKC connectors.
The 0445-100881 is suited for residential construction, commercial fabrication, industrial maintenance, and pipeline work where portability and broad input-power compatibility are required. Its output range supports a wide variety of material thicknesses in both Stick and TIG processes. The unit performs reliably on 6010 cellulosic electrodes and includes Arc Force adjustment for dialing in arc characteristics from softer to crisper. An integrated cable management latch system keeps cables secured to the machine during transport and storage, making setup and breakdown efficient on multi-location jobs.
Designed as an OEM-replacement or direct-use power supply unit for the ESAB Renegade ES 300i Stick and TIG welding system platform, compatible with standard 50mm OKC welding connectors.
Installation and connection should be performed by a qualified electrician or certified welding professional in accordance with applicable NEC requirements for welding equipment. Ensure input power is fully de-energized and locked out before connecting or disconnecting input cables. Verify input voltage matches one of the unit's accepted ranges (208 to 460 volts single- or three-phase) before energizing. Do not exceed the rated duty cycle to avoid thermal shutdown during extended operation.
