The ERGODYNE 50520 is a full-frame polarized safety glass built for demanding outdoor work and trade environments. The frame is constructed to bend and flex without breaking, and polycarbonate lenses block 99.9 percent of UVA, UVB, and UVC radiation. The copper lens reduces glare and eye fatigue in bright conditions, including around water, snow, and high-contrast outdoor jobsites. A non-slip rubber nose piece and rubber temples keep the glasses seated during physical work and resist sweat. Integrated accessory receptors at each temple allow attachment of an elastic retainer strap or foam gasket insert, both sold separately.

These safety glasses are suited for outdoor trade work including construction, carpentry, woodworking, and landscaping, as well as outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, hunting, and shooting sports. The Kryptek Typhon frame pattern and copper polarized lens combination makes them particularly effective in high-glare, variable-light environments. A single pair ships per package.
