The ERGODYNE 25517 is the GloWear 8287 high-visibility 3-in-1 winter jacket and vest designed for workers in cold, low-light, and wet conditions. The shell is constructed from 300D Oxford polyester with a PU coating, making it wind-resistant and waterproof. Fully taped and bonded seams lock out water at every joint. Insulation is 100G 3M Thinsulate in the body and 80G 3M Thinsulate in the quilted sleeves, delivering warmth without excessive bulk. Licensed electricians, utility crews, traffic control personnel, and general construction trades install and wear this garment. It meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R Class 2 certification requirements.

This jacket is built for outdoor trade work in cold-weather environments where high visibility and weather protection are both required. The detachable quilted sleeves allow the garment to convert quickly between a full jacket and a vest depending on conditions or work intensity. The inner jacket can also zip into the separately sold 8386 outer shell for additional cold-weather protection. Available in Hi-Vis Orange and Hi-Vis Lime. Size covered by this SKU is 3XL.
