The ERGODYNE 25464 is the GloWear 8386 Hi-Vis Shell Jacket, a wind-resistant and waterproof outer layer built for trade and site workers who need high-visibility protection in cool, wet, or low-light environments. Constructed from 100% polyester with a PU coating and fully taped, bonded seams, the jacket locks out water and wind while a polyester mesh lining maintains airflow for all-day comfort. Bright fluorescent orange fabric combined with 2-inch reflective tape meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R Class 3 certification, making it suitable for roadway and high-risk work zones. Black panels on the front and wrists resist visible soiling during extended field use.

This jacket is intended for use in construction, road work, utilities, and other outdoor trades where high-visibility outerwear is required by jobsite or regulatory standards. The adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs accommodate gloves, and the attached drawstring hood with stoppers stows when not needed. A long tail provides extended coverage. The jacket accepts a compatible GloWear 8287 liner via zip-in connection to create a 4-in-1 winter system. Exterior pockets include one zippered cell phone chest pocket, one hook-and-loop chest pocket, and two lower front snap pockets. A clear chest pocket holds an ID badge.
