The ERGODYNE 24335 is the GlowEar 8366 Type R Class 3 lightweight hi-vis rain jacket built for trade professionals who work in active roadways, construction zones, and emergency response environments. The shell is 150D polyester oxford with a polyurethane (PU) coating for waterproof protection. Fully taped seams are bonded throughout to block water infiltration. A vented cape-back design allows heat and moisture to escape, improving breathability during sustained wear. Reflective tape on the chest and arms meets Class 3 visibility requirements for low-light and nighttime conditions.

This jacket is suited for road construction, utilities work, construction sites, emergency response, airline ground crews, railway crews, and survey teams.
