The ERGODYNE 18033 Proflex 7070 is a cut-resistant work glove built for trades professionals handling sharp, rough, or high-temperature materials. The glove shell is constructed from 13-gauge seamless aramid fiber knit, rated ANSI A7 for cut resistance and ANSI Level 5 for abrasion resistance. Sandy nitrile coating on the palm and thumb delivers a secure grip on rough surfaces. EN407 Level 1 contact heat resistance makes these gloves suitable for work near high-temperature materials. The form-fitting seamless construction minimizes hand fatigue during extended use. Sold as 12 pairs per package, shrink-wrapped for easy vend-ready dispensing at job sites or supply counters.
These gloves are suited for residential and commercial applications where workers routinely contact sharp sheet metal, glass, wire, pipe edges, or abrasive materials. Typical installation trades include HVAC sheet metal work, electrical rough-in, plumbing, and general mechanical work. The touchscreen-capable fingertips allow workers to operate smartphones and tablets without removing the gloves. Long seamless knit cuffs fit snug to the wrist, reducing debris intrusion during overhead or confined-space tasks. The machine-washable construction supports repeated jobsite use.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI A7 protection in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical applications. Sized for Medium hand fit.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may reduce protection. Replace gloves that show visible damage to the aramid fiber shell or nitrile coating. Follow jobsite PPE requirements and applicable OSHA hand protection standards when selecting gloves for specific hazard levels. Machine wash according to manufacturer care instructions to maintain coating integrity and cut-resistance performance.
