The ERGODYNE 17614 is a waterproof winter work glove from the ProFlex 819WP series, designed for cold-weather jobsite use. The palm is constructed from Ax Suede with a textured grip surface, while the back of the hand features neoprene construction and an elastic gauntlet cuff for a secure fit. Insulation is provided by 3M Thinsulate at 80 g on the palm and 150 g on the back of the hand for warmth without bulk. Full-finger coverage and a wing thumb design support natural dexterity. The glove is touchscreen capable, includes reflective accents for low-light visibility, and is rated to ANSI 105 and EN 388 standards. This pair is sized Large for men or Medium for women and is sold as a single pair.
The 17614 is suited for outdoor and cold-weather trades including construction, landscaping, utilities, and general contracting. The waterproof build makes it appropriate for wet winter conditions where maintaining grip and hand warmth is critical to safe tool handling. The easy on/off design supports quick transitions between tasks. Reinforced palm construction adds durability in high-wear grip zones typical of repetitive hand-tool use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct procurement option for the ERGODYNE ProFlex 819WP series in Large (mens) or Medium (womens) sizing.
Worn PPE gloves require no installation, but should be inspected before each use for seam separation, waterproofing failure, or material wear that could compromise cold or water protection. Replace gloves that show significant palm abrasion or loss of waterproof integrity. Glove selection should comply with applicable jobsite PPE requirements and any applicable OSHA hand protection standards.
