The ENERPAC XC2404MB is a cordless hydraulic pump designed for double-acting hydraulic cylinders and tools operating at up to 10000 psi. Part of the XC2-Series, this unit runs on a 54-volt battery platform, eliminating the need for a nearby power outlet during field service or remote jobsite work. The kit includes two 54V batteries and a 115V charger with power cord, making it a complete out-of-the-box solution. An externally adjustable relief valve is built in for precise pressure control. At 34 pounds with a 4-liter reservoir, it is suited for hydraulic technicians and millwrights who need reliable portable power in tight or remote work environments.
The XC2404MB is intended for use with double-acting hydraulic cylinders and compatible hydraulic tools in industrial, construction, and maintenance applications. The four-way valve configuration supports full double-acting cylinder operation, providing powered extension and retraction. This pump is well-suited for structural alignment, press work, lifting, and controlled-force applications where a portable, battery-powered source is preferred over air-driven or electric-corded units.

Installation and operation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or millwright familiar with high-pressure hydraulic systems. Relieve all system pressure and disconnect the cylinder before connecting or disconnecting hydraulic couplers. Verify that hose and coupler ratings meet or exceed the 10000 psi operating pressure of this pump before pressurizing the circuit. Follow all applicable OSHA and jobsite safety requirements when using hydraulic equipment for lifting or pressing operations.
